If the chat widget appears behind or in front of other page elements, adjusting its z-index may help resolve the display issue.

The z-index is a CSS property that controls how elements are layered on a webpage.
An element with a higher z-index will generally appear in front of an element with a lower z-index. For example, if a language switcher is hidden behind the mobile navigation menu, increasing the switcher’s z-index may allow it to display above the menu.
Steps to Adjust the Z-Index
Step 1: Go to CWILL AI Chat Settings > Chat Widget

Step 2: Click Style > Scroll down to Z-index

Step 3: Adjust the z-index by increasing or decreasing the index. Note: An element with a higher z-index will generally appear in front of an element with a lower z-index.

Step 4: Click the “Save” button to save the changes.

If adjusting the z-index does not resolve the issue, our support team will be happy to review the issue and provide further guidance.
