Reviews submitted through CWILL AI Chat are sent automatically to CWILL(Trustoo) Reviews. In CWILL(Trustoo) Reviews, you can decide whether each review appears on your storefront.

Step 1: Open Manage Reviews

In Shopify admin, open CWILL(Trustoo) Reviews, select Manage Reviews from the left menu.

Step 2: Find and publish or hide the review

1. Find the review you want to manage. Reviews collected in chat show CWILL AI Chat as their source.
2. Use the Publish toggle on the right:

• On: The review can appear on your storefront.
• Off: The review is hidden from the storefront but remains in TrustWILL.

You can also use the product, date, rating, status, and source filters to find a specific review.

Step 3: Make sure TrustWILL is enabled in your theme

1. Go to Online Store → Themes and open the theme editor.
2. Select App embeds.
3. Turn on CWILL(Trustoo) Reviews.
4. Click Save.

Note: Publishing a review in CWILL(Trustoo) Reviews is not enough if the app embed or review section is not enabled in the active theme.

Step 4: Verify the review on your storefront

Open the storefront page that contains your CWILL(Trustoo) Reviews section. The published review should appear there. If it does not, confirm that the review is published, the app embed is enabled, and the review section is included in the active theme.
